Wedding Information

 

The Minister will be happy to discuss the possibility of a wedding in St. Margaret’s at any time.  There is no requirement to be a member of the Church.  If you wish to make contact regarding possible wedding arrangements, then please telephone the Church Office on 01307 464224 and leave your telephone number and any message.  The Minister will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

In the meantime, we are happy to provide some information about the arrangements in place at St. Margaret’s.

 

There is no charge as such for the services of the Minister.  However, the Church does ask you to pay a contribution towards the cost of heating and lighting the Church building.  You are also required to pay a fee to both the Organist and the Church Officer.  The appropriate figures for each of these, as agreed by the Congregational Board for 2008, are indicated below.

Photographs are allowed during the service only if:

 

a)  the photographer remains in one position in the back gallery

b)  they are taken without flash

 

No other photography is allowed during the ceremony.

The photographer is welcome to take photographs at the signing of the marriage schedule following the ceremony which takes place either in  the vestry or on the Chancel.
